The jury in the Sean “Diddy” Combs trial told the judge on Tuesday it has reached a verdict on four of the five counts, but is unable to reach a consensus on the racketeering conspiracy charge. For that count, the jury must decide whether Combs ran a criminal organization and committed underlying crimes like kidnapping and arson.
