Get £120 cashback with mobile network’s unlimited SIM deal

It can be overwhelming trying to find the best SIM deal with so many options available from various mobile network providers. Shoppers looking for a SIM-only deal with unlimited minutes and texts and 30GB of data will want to check out iD Mobile’s latest offer. The mobile network usually offers all of this for £8 a month over a 24-month contract, however, buyers can now get it for cheaper. 

iD Mobile is giving customers who purchase the SIM-only deal £120 cashback. This means that instead of the 24-month SIM contract costing a total of £192, it will be £72 after cashback. This paid over 24 months works out at a cost of £3 a month for unlimited minutes and texts and 30GB of data.

This makes iD Mobile’s SIM one of the cheapest, with EE offering a SIM deal with the same unlimited minutes and texts and 50GB for £18 a month over a 24-month contract. This price, however, will go up to £19.50 in March 2026, then £21 from March 2027.

Three has a SIM-only deal with unlimited minutes and texts and 40GB data for £10 a month. This is set to increase to £11.25 in April 2026, and £12.50 from April 2027. 

So how does iD Mobile’s £120 cashback offer work? Customers need to send the company their mobile phone bill for months seven, 12, 16, 20 and 24. They will then receive their £24 cashback for each of these months, totalling £120 once the 24-month contract is up.

iD Mobile offers its SIM-only customers free roaming in 50 destinations worldwide, the ability to cap their bill, plus ‘great UK coverage’. The mobile network’s SIM only plans were recently awarded a ‘Which? Great Value’ endorsement for the second time in a row.

That’s not all, as iD Mobile was voted ‘Best Network for Data’ and ‘Best Contract Value for Money’ at the Uswitch Telecoms Awards 2024. Over on Trustpilot, customers are full of praise for the company, with one rating them five stars and saying: “Couldn’t fault them. Looked too good to be true at first, so I was a bit hesitant, but everything was as said. Brilliant, I’d recommend them to anyone – in fact I have.”

Another buyer wrote: “Great price, blew the competition away. Got quoted for £76 from my last provider (their best offer), and iD Mobile gave me a steal at £44 a month. Definitely Recommend.”

Unfortunately one shopper had an issue with iD Mobile, as they explained: “Coverage checker said coverage was good in my area, but it turned out to be really poor to almost non-existent indoors. Unusable and had to cancel.”

However, someone else was left delighted, as they commented: “Great network to be on. So far no issues at all, great signal and service in my area. One of the easiest, most simple switches I’ve made keeping my old number. 10/10.”
