Santander to close 9 bank branches next week – full list of locations and dates | Personal Finance | Finance

Santander is set to close nine branches next week as more customers make fewer in-person visits. The shuttered branches form part of the banking giant’s larger list of at least 95 locations to close in 2025.

A statement on Santander’s website reads: “We last did a major review of our branches in 2021. Since then, many of our customers are choosing to use Mobile, Online and Telephone Banking more, and branches less.” As a result, the bank said changes will be made to some branches, including reduced opening hours, converting some to ‘counter-free’ and closing others. A total of 38 branches will close in the month of July, with more to come in August.
