After nearly four weeks, California officials say the devastating Palisades and Eaton fires are 100 percent contained. The fires burned more than 37,000 acres and destroyed over 16,000 structures in the Los Angeles area. Meanwhile, a 56-year-old man agreed to plead guilty in connection with a collision between an unauthorized drone and a firefighting aircraft that was flying over the Palisades fire.
