M&S gilet is ‘ideal for layering’ – shoppers praise £29.50 winter item

Part of the food and clothing giant’s new collection, the gilet comes in black or beige, and despite only launching on the website recently, it’s already racked up 123 reviews.

The lightweight zip-up piece can be worn layered over jumpers and under coats for extra warmth while the winter weather remains chilly, but it’s also ideal for the spring to wear over dresses and t-shirts.

One M&S shopper praised the gilet, saying: ”Ideal for layering. Nice warm, lightweight jacket [bought] for my mum to wear around the house, she’s pleased with the purchase.” [SIC]
